　　最近幾年來，隨著國內企業信息化進程的不斷加快，企業對高水平信息化實用型人材的需求不斷增長，為合適這類需要，很多高校都開設了ERP課程，學生把握的信息化知識的深度和廣度都有了很大的進步。與此同時，由于高校中開設ERP課程的歷史較短，和教學經驗和教學條件等方面的限制，在培養出的學生質量與滿足企業實際需求之間仍存在一定差距。

　　高等學校承當著為社會培養高水平專業人材的崇高使命，同時也面臨著來自學生就業的壓力和不斷進步教學質量的壓力。那末：

　　甚么是合適中國國情的信息化人材，找到合適自己的教學理念?如何在“校企同盟”的教育改革模式下，打造企業需要的信息化人材?如何讓沒有任何貿易實戰經驗的大學生初出校門即得到社會的青睞……

　　這些都是中國高校信息化領域的老師一直在思考的題目。實際上，在過往幾年中，很多高校的老師通過自己的辛苦工作，在信息化人材培養、教學課程的內容設計和情勢改革方面不斷探索，已總結了一些寶貴的經驗。另外一方面，一些高校的老師在與企業合作推動信息化教學的`進程中也在不斷創新，并且獲得了一定的成績。

　　為了與全國高校管理學院從事信息化教學的老師們針對上述題目同享我們的經驗，北京大學光華管理學院和將神州數碼管理系統有限公司在11月9日召開“高校如何培養企業需要的信息化人材”的大型研討會。在這次會議上，我們希看通過此次大會提供一個高校教師之間、高校和企業之間充分交換的場所，使來自全國各高校的教師在教學方法、課程建設、實驗教學等方面進行深進的探討，探索校企上風互補及資源同享的途徑，并通過凝聽企業的心聲來獲知社會對人材需求的特點。使高校與企業悉知各自所應扮演的角色，從而為中國社會信息化的發展和普及做出應有的貢獻。
